Pravila refundacije
Imamo pravila o povratu od 30 dana, što znači da imate 30 dana nakon primitka stavke za podnošenje zahtjeva za povrat.
Da biste ostvarili pravo na povrat, stavka mora biti u istom stanju u kojem ste je primili, nenošena ili nekorištena, s oznakama i u originalnom pakiranju. Također će vam trebati račun ili dokaz o kupnji.

Ako se vaš povrat prihvati, poslat ćemo vam oznaku za povratnu otpremu te upute o tome kako i kamo poslati paket. Stavke koje nam se pošalju natrag bez prethodnog zahtjeva za povrat neće se prihvatiti.

Oštećenja i problemi
Provjerite narudžbu prilikom primitka i odmah nam se obratite ako je stavka neispravna, oštećena ili ako primite pogrešnu stavku kako bismo mogli procijeniti i riješiti problem.
Iznimke / stavke bez mogućnosti povrata
Određene vrste stavki ne mogu se vratiti, poput pokvarljive robe (kao što su hrana, cvijeće ili biljke), proizvoda po narudžbi (kao što su posebne narudžbe ili personalizirane stavke) i robe za osobnu njegu (kao što su kozmetički proizvodi). Također ne prihvaćamo povrate opasnih materijala, zapaljivih tekućina ili plinova. Javite nam se ako imate pitanja ili nedoumica u vezi sa svojom određenom stavkom.
Nažalost, ne možemo prihvatiti povrate za artikle na popustu ni za poklon kartice.
Zamjene
Najbrži je način za osiguravanje željenog proizvoda da vratite stavku koju imate, a kada se povrat prihvati, obavite zasebnu kupnju za novu stavku.
Rok od 14 dana za odustajanje u Europskoj uniji
Bez obzira na navedeno, ako se roba šalje u Europsku uniju, imate pravo otkazati ili vratiti narudžbu u roku od 14 dana, iz bilo kojeg razloga i bez opravdanja. Kao i prethodno, stavka mora biti u istom stanju u kojem ste je primili, nenošena ili nekorištena, s oznakama i u originalnom pakiranju. Također će vam trebati račun ili dokaz o kupnji.
Povrati novca
Obavijestit ćemo vas nakon što primimo i provjerimo povrat te ćemo vam javiti je li povrat novca odobren. U slučaju odobrenja, automatski ćete dobiti povrat novca na izvorni način plaćanja u roku od 10 radnih dana. Imajte na umu da može biti potrebno i određeno vrijeme da banka ili kartičarska kuća obradi i knjiži povrat novca.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
