All goods are delivered by courier services to the home address. If you are not at home, the delivery service will leave a note in your mailbox informing you of the failed delivery.

All types of goods can be purchased online and collected at our warehouse or sent by courier services.
Loss or damage to the shipment:
Your shipment is insured against loss or damage during delivery. We replace any damaged products with new ones. Please notify us immediately by e-mail of a damaged shipment. It is mandatory to photograph the damaged packaging before using the product, so we can instruct you on further steps.
Delivery conditions:
Delivery is made to the entrance of the building at the desired address. If it is an apartment building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the customer is located, but to the entrance of the building. Delivery is carried out by transport companies that provide transport services.

Delivery time
The delivery service delivers within 24 hours of picking up the shipment at the warehouse.
NOTE: Exceptions are islands and places that do not support daily delivery, where delivery is possible according to the delivery schedule. Shipments for islands that are not on the schedule will be delivered within 3 working days.
